[Quick 'Motorcycle Champion' Idea] Cregg, The Blade Chopper

CREGG , THE BLADE CHOPPER -Goblin type champion who rides a motorcycle. Decided to make this out of boredom.
PASSIVE: BULLDOZE Cregg gains more movement speed and momentum when driving in a straight line. Slows and screeches when making turns with high momentum. Cregg carries a sword, he does better damage and gets faster attack speed when fighting from his side. He attacks slower when the enemy is in front of him. Every minion, champion, or monster that he runs over is damaged a little bit.
Q: WHEELS OF FIRE Cregg gains movement speed and attack speed for 3 seconds, can basic attack by swinging a sword from his side, everywhere he drives leaves flames on the ground behind him which last for 2 seconds damaging everything in the path, similar to Singed’s Q, or Corki’s E.
W: HAULED FORTH Cregg can use a grappling hook to attach on to the side of a wall, (kind of similar to Nautilus Q) to gain movement speed he pulls and lunges his motorcycle forward with a sword in front hitting the first enemy in his path. If an enemy or minion is grappled they are slowed, and he can move forward. Lasts for .3-1 second for however far was grappled.
E: U-TURN Requires a high momentum speed in a straight line (similar to the requirements of using Aurelion Sol’s E) Bike would be a bit slower. Cregg can do a full 360 degree U-Turn holding a sword to his side damaging enemies in an AoE radius. The E can be clicked again midway through the turn just to make a slight left or right handed turn. [When using ability: Clicking to the right of his bike makes him do a right U-Turn, and Clicking to the left of his bike makes him a left U-Turn]
R: THE GREATEST STUNT Cregg gains massive movement speed driving him forward in a straight line. Every enemy hit is knocked to the side and set on fire dealing damage over time for 2 seconds. When reaching a certain range, Cregg and his bike are launched into the air, jumping over any walls or obstacles. During The Greatest Stunt, he gains a new ability which allows him to dash and land in a target direction (similar to Kalista’s ult) first target hit is jousted by a sword and slowed dealing a little AoE damage on impact.
