LORE: Silas was hired to be one of the most secretive spies in the cities of Piltover and Zaun. Champions such as Jinx and Viktor are unaware of this man and his abilities. Silas usually walked the streets looking like a citizen with an umbrella, however this umbrella is a very dangerous rifle. It has been said that he invented and created all of his weapons and spy gadgets. He allied with the Piltover Police Force with Caitlyn and Vi later in his career to help fight against crime. He was assigned many missions in his early life. He had to sneak into a facility in Piltover and slain some criminals and thieves in order to save a group of innocent people. However this was before he was known as the "Umbrella Man." A defender by the name of Jayce appeared in the same facility. "Who are you?" Jayce asked him. "I'm just...a guy." Silas replied. "A guy? Okay, now what is your name?" Jayce asked again. "It's a secret." Silas said. "What are you trying to be a spy or something?" Jayce continued. "I already am one, alright.....um....my name is......name.....is Silas.....It's Silas." "Well....Haha, you don't look like one." Jayce replied. Jayce decided to teach Silas some inventing skills and teach him how to use some gadgets. In order for Silas to be a spy he had to look as secret as possible, possibly in a way that looks like a weapon cannot be used. One day it was raining very heavily, Silas decided to used an umbrella, he was going to visit Jayce that day for some training. The training was held outside. "We're going to fight today, outdoors, here in the street." Jayce said. "What? I must have been mistaken, you said fight? outdoors? Can't you see it is raining?" Silas replied. "You must learn to fight in harsh conditions if you want to be a spy of Piltover." Jayce said while handing Silas a rifle. "It seems quite difficult to fight with this umbrella, maybe this could do it! A new invention, no one expects a man with an umbrella to fight." Silas stated. "Good point, Sounds like an idea!" Jayce had replied. After training and fighting in the rain, Silas went to go work on creating an umbrella machine gun. "This could also be used as a shield, I think it is great, we could call it the Gunbrella" Silas said after completing the product. Days later, Silas decided he would go and visit the police force and tell them about his gadget. "Good morn' Caitlyn, How do?" Silas greeted her. "I'm doing just fine, how about yourself? By the way, why do you have an umbrella? It's a sunny day!" Caitlyn asked and chuckled. "It's my latest weapon, no one expects it." Silas answered. "Okay, will see how it does, I guess" Caitlyn replied. It was all thought to be a hilarious joke, like how can a man have an umbrella as a weapon?! Most people have heard of this umbrella man who carries it on sunny days, they think he is ignorant and is very sensitive to the sun. Little did they know he was one of the greatest international Spies in the world with a dangerous missile artillery machine gun umbrella, therefore his abilities were quite unknown. He soon hopes to join the League of Legends crew, since most of his friends are fighting at Summoner's Rift.
Appearance: Carries an umbrella gun, has a dark grey trench-coat over a blue vest, slick medium-long length black hair, green eyes, side burns, small goatee, a bowler hat, and a belt with missiles and bullets attached.
Type of Fighter: Marksman ADC(Attack Damage Carry)
Passive: BASIC ATTACK -In ranges 0-50 he uses the closed umbrella like a sword or bat. -In ranges 51 < he uses the closed umbrella as a shotgun rifle. SPINNING SHOT: The umbrella opens and spins after every 10 stacks of BASIC ATTACK causing One BASIC ATTACK shot that will have Attack Damage increased by 50% PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 45 / 55 / 65 / 75 / 50% AD Q: MISSILE PATH- Range- 1000 -The player can draw a line path on the map or screen with the mouse, the missile will follow the path damaging everything in the way.
- Each target may only be hit 2 times. -At the end of the path the missile explodes -BOUNCE DAMAGE: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70% AD EXPLOSION PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 10 / 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 (+ 120% AD) -Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 -Cooldown:12/11/10/9/8
W: INVISIBLE LANDMINE Range: 1500
-This spell is similar to Snake's ability from Metal Gear Solid. This ability is notably in Super Smash Brother's Brawl.
-Silas throws a landmine wherever instructed in the 1500 range, and it sinks underground. The size is a 200 radius area.
-Warning this spell can make this champion a little tricky.
-The landmine cannot be seen from the other team, as they do not know it is there. Your team can see a green circle in the explosive range.
-When an enemy passes through it, it does not detonate itself, you have to detonate it by pressing W:DETONATE
ATTACK DAMAGE: 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 / 210 (+ 35% AD)
Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12
Mana Cost: 90
E: RAIN BARRIER- This only lasts 1 second. -Silas uses his umbrella as a shield blocking any attacks including turret attacks. -This has to be used at the right time or it will not work. -He can block damage from above or directly coming at him. He points an open umbrella out to block oncoming attacks, or holds it up for above attacks. HINT: As soon as the enemy casts their ability or the attack is near it is best to press E -This cannot block traps or attacks that occur on the ground level. ex: Cho'Gath's Rupture. -This can actually block ultimate attacks as well. Except he still gets damaged, but 50% less than he normally would. Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Mana Cost: 50/60/70/80/90
R: SKYSNIPER
Range: Global
Cooldown: 115/110/105/100/95/90
-The metal bars on his umbrella turn into propellers that propel him into the sky, the lower portion of his umbrella is used as a sniping gun.
-He spends about 10 seconds floating above the map
-The whole map can be viewed and he can shoot any enemy from his distance.
This special attack activates 2 abilities:

-He can snipe an enemy
Physical Damage: 100/120/140/160/180(50% AD)
W: BALLISTIC HAIL (COOLDOWN 5S)
PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 250 / 350 / 450 (+ 100% AD)
-An explosive missile shot from above, can be used on any enemy.

Movement: "Allow me to introduce....The Gunbrella!" "Mission Possible." "Lets get the show on the road." "May death be found." "Another one of these gloomy days of bloodshed eh?" " Evil people? time to go incognito."
Taunt:
- "You look a little soaked, would you like to share an umbrella?" -"The pain in top lane stays mainly in the plain" -(Silas closes his umbrella, and gives it a few test swings, he accidentally pulls the trigger firing a gunshot, he jumps while getting startled) "Whoops."
Joke: -"Yo Snoop Dogg? Need an umbrella? You know Fo Drizzle." -"Yo mama is so fat, when she used an umbrella during a hurricane. The whole city did not get rain!" "It is quite cold, I better go undercover" "Better buy myself a pair of sneakers, since I'm a sneaker myself" "Worrying is stupid, it's like waiting around with an umbrella waiting for it to rain." "I have prepared for this battle! I've memorized Harriet the Spy about 3 times." "The best thing to do when it's raining, is well.... let it rain."
Laugh: A regular laugh
Ultimate: "I can see my house from here!"
Recall/Teleport Animation: A black 60's styled car pulls up to Silas, he closes his umbrella and gets in on the left side(It's a British car) and they drive off to the destination. When he is dropped off he gets out of the car and opens his umbrella standing in Idle formation, then the car leaves and disappears.
