[Skin IDEA] Masquerade Morgana - "Not all angels are good."

Artist did not add any specification on how Morgana's spells would be so I'm going to add my own Idea.

Recall: As you can see, Morgana is dressed "fancy" and is inside of what you call a "Castle" where a party of Masquerade is held (lets assume).

Her Recall can be between Three Ideas:

1. Morgana can be dancing around with those fiery flaming spells spinning around her then arriving to the top.
2. Morgana can be dancing around with a Opera sound of music.
3. Morgana spins around with her wings spread-ed wide and have a red bokeh misting around her.

Her Hair: Girls can be picky when it comes to hair color, as a guy, I can honestly say I don't mind what hair color is picked but if it were to fit the dress and all, Black, Silver, or Blonde would be my options. Or we can do a mix color of where it's black and red highlights?

Detail Upon Her Wings: Her wings is like, spiritual ghostly looking if you know what I mean, it's basically a hollowish type of wings that's lighting up in red mixed pink.

Skills: All her skill colors are changed similar to the color of her wings and will have their own way of looking differently, I'm just unsure how different.

Price: I'm not sure about the price since I don't know what Riot's demands are between a 975 skin and a 1350 Skin but I personally believe this skin would be worth 975RP.

I rather be a team player than go solo for this kind of Idea where everyone can simply agree on parts of not a whole since nothing's ever perfect in life. 50% of people will love it, 50% won't. It just works that way with skins lol.
