All of them just make her some human woman that turns a into a dragon. None of her skins maker look like a "Half Dragon" in away, but her classics ones Splash Art. I'd argue that Ice Drake Shyvana is actually a very good half-dragon concept. She's still quite humanoid but the ice she has is less something she's wearing and more a part of her.
Her classic skin is still by far the most dragon-like of her skins but there's only so much Riot can do to the small character model without having to completely change the skeleton. In a few years when Shyvana eventually gets a texture update I really hope that they put a ton of effort into the Boneclaw Shyvana skin. That one has one of the best looking dragon forms and there's so much Riot could do with the concept than a pseudo native-american-esk girl that can turn into a dragon.
is the reason I played this game to level 30 and she's still the champ I go back to when I want to live the power fantasy and just have a really good time. I personally own, play and enjoy all of her skins but I totally understand where your complaints are coming from.
Byrnes2 votesI like the direction they took the base skin, because that allowed for IronScale to be more of what it is/was meant to be. That being said, I LOVE IronScale and wish the in game model reflected the splash more. :>

Kut Ku3 votesI sort of agree with this, that's why I want Steel Legion Shyv so bad, like you can make her a human in a giant mechanical dragon and the concept works pretty well in my opinion. She doesn't necessarily become a dragon but you still see her as the dragon she wants to be. i like this skin idea though too, but i say finish the Steel Legion team with her in it!

As for the dragon form... as much as I love the idea, again the silhouette and readability issue. She is also a western style dragon but that doesnt mean you cant meet in a middle ground between eastern and western styles. She has to have winged arms of that I am certain. if it had western proportions, a snake like slender frame, and winged arms you could pull it off.
over all though really cool idea, i would buy it :)

Jingerbeardman2 voteschallenge accepted. Yes she does wear armor, however it is very form fitting armor. This means that she can get away without it. She also has a very unique stance and equipment that help identify her even more. her swimsuit and skirt resemble the way her armor flows as well.
Shyvana however has gauntlets or enlarged hands as it were. this is not a particularly unique aspect to only her. As such her clothing/armor has to stay close to her base skin in order to maintain her silhouette so she is easily recognized if she were to come running out of the brush. If she used a unique weapon this might not be as necessary but alas she favors the fisticuffs.
Now I didnt say the creator had to design some kind of armor, just that there needs to be more emphasis in the shoulder area and upper torso area. other than that everything else looks fine and would work

Yea but he says " shyv wears quit a bit of armor on her torso/upper body one thing to keep in mind are champion silhouette " In pool party Leona, she isn't wearing ANY armor and her other skins are massively armored so I find his opinion pretty invalid. As for the dragon that's not my choice of how it should be created but it would be pretty cool if Shyvana had a unique looking dragon AS A LEGENDARY skin.

SpartenA79911 votesRiot, please. This skin would be amazing and would bring back Shyvana. Hardly anyone plays her because there are other "better" choices. For example, Sona is now picking up popularity because she is getting that amazing ultimate skin shortly. This like i said, would revamp her and make her a better choice and hopefully become a meta pick. I personally love playing Shyvana and enjoy her skins, this would add something out of the box and would make alot of people happy. :)
