Guys give it some thought for a second here, Why should this be a Legendary skin? think about the amount of creativity this Skin can do within her kit, think about the sound, the visual effects, the recall, the new quotes. This Skin has so much potential to be an Legendary skin and we already see here the example of her ult.

I think her current animation set would work great and her current VO would be fine. We could pull this off as an awesome 1350 IMO. I feel if we tried to push this into legendary it'd just feel lacking and be on the low end of the value-to-money scale.

Bit of animation work on her skirt stuff, would have to edit a few idles for her lack of hands with fingers now, a fancy recall and recall return, full VFX support with new sounds and we'd have an awesome must-buy skin for anybody who plays Vi.

Also I like that helmet bro gets skinned in the art as well. It's a nice touch.

The skin looks wonderful with my ONLY gripe being her face lacks just a little of the usual Vi attitude. She looks good, but her face just looks plain middle eastern with a standard hair pin. No piercings, no tattoos, and no atypical hairstyle. it's kinda just a face.

Riot needs to make Jade Fist Vi Skin it deserves to be made and this new champion "CALLED HELMATE BRO" has such a lame name. And I can't believe that Riot is going to make this new champion instead of making this awesome looking skin for Vi and I wonder why they didn't make the skin for Vi and sorry if I'm barking at the wrong tree but Vi really needs a new skin and these skins that Riot has made for Vi they kind of looking disgusting and vulgar it makes me want to vomit.
