[Champion Concept] Charbydis, the void serpent

Role: Assassin Secondary role: Tank Faction: Bilgewater/Void

Lore: In the water is a creature that sailors dread to encounter, this creature is like no other sea monsters sailors have encountered. Deep below the surface of the water is a void creature nick named by sailors... Charbydis! Most sailors have learned to avoid her territory but every so often a reckless sailor will sail those water never to be seen by again. Sailors who survive tell that a whirlpools always start up before she comes along and destroys the ship.

Passive: Ravage waters

  • Whenever Charbydis uses an ability she will create a wave for 3 seconds that does up to 30 (+5 per level). Casting abilities will refresh the duration, using 3 abilities will also apply a 10% (+1% Per level) slow around her and does damage at double the range.

Q: Whirlpool

  • Creates a whirlpool at a target ground location that will pull in enemies for 3 seconds dealing up to 90/120/150/180/210 (+40% Ability power). The closer they are to the center the quicker it pulls. Enemies at the center of the circle when it ends are rooted.

W: Tidal surge

  • Charbydis jumps into the air and lands at a target location dealing 80/120/160/200/240 +(30% Ability Power). If she lands in her whirlpool then enemies in the whirlpool are knocked up.

E: Name Holder

  • Charbydis bites down in front of her dealing 85/125/170/215/260 +(50% Ability Power). If she uses this on enemies in her whirlpool then she will heal 10/15/20/25/30 +(10% Missing health), if she kills a champion then the heal is doubled.

R: Territorial hunt

  • Charbydis becomes aggravated with people in her territory for 5 seconds gaining bonus 25/30/35/40/45% Movement speed, bonus 2/4/6/8/10% Ability Power per enemy champ, and every time she kills a champion the duration is increased by 1 second.
