New Talon in ARAM suggestion

Maybe, to patch his E in aram, you could make him run along the wall instead of hop over it. I think it would make sense, and not be absolutely broken if it was kept to 1.5x the distance of a flash or something. Just a thought.

I think he already can in the PBE. I could be wrong though

Talon HE can be used to Leap the SIDE of walls as well as leap over it. It doesn't have to be over the terrain, just another point on the terrain within the radius .
