Reporting for someone who is "Not Willing To Improve."

​I had a jax in my most recent game, and he continued to feed and be out of position. Whether he was INTing or tilted is none of my concern because the game is already over, but he was never making any noticeable attempt to stay with the team when we were a pack, instead he would be off engaging in another lane on a fed Yasuo or 3v1ing in the enemy half. After he made these constant mistakes, I attempted to let him know politely after the game and he left. (I know people have a hard time dealing with other peoples critiscism, polite or not.)

I dont think there should be any BIG punishments for this, I just feel that people who are willing to improve shouldnt be matched with players who are stuck in a mindset that "once I lose one kill or first tower I might as well feed because theres no hope"
