New Champion Prediction

So i was looking at the recent champions riot's released and my new guess would be a utility/tank jungler. Taliyah to my knowledge was meant to be a mid lane control mage. Which is what she is but people have been using her as a utility support lately. I think since the last champions riots released have all been carrys such as illaoi, jhin, and aurelion sol. (sorry if i mispelled) We had a tank with illaoi from not too long ago, but with the lack of tank and utility i personally have noticed i feel thats gonna be the focus of a new champion. This is just my thoughts on this, i would like to see your thoughts about it to see if you agree with me.
