To help provide some basic tips on how to aid you in your Elo Climb below.
- Play ranked when you are in a positive mindset and are mentally balanced (don't constantly grind out ranked if your not feeling up to it)
- Practice some core mechanics in Custom or Normal first, so you can preform better during ranked (practice csing, rotating, positioning, etc...)
- Take some breaks frequently in between games, so you can re-balance your state of mind and provide some extra energy for the body and mind to recover (get some food and water if needed and walk around and stretch your body, so your muscles won't be cramped up and affect reaction time)
- If you have dependable friends that you enjoy playing with and are around your skill level, try to play with them, as extra communication and synergy go a long way in a team oriented game like League.
- Remember that at the end of the day, you are just playing League for fun and the thrill of being competitive and that every game is different from the last.
