Gameplay illaoi bug

I was playing against an Illaoi in top lane. When I went to destroy the tentacle a new one instantly spawned, in which doing so trapped me. I wasn't able to move and thought my game dc. I could not move I was stuck between the wall and tentacle. I could move only after I destroyed the tentacle.
