Alres, the Librarian

Overview: Alres is a poke- and counterpoke-oriented mage with a unique resource(paper sheets). He has average spell damage and not really huge cds, but he can't spam his spells because of resource limitation.

Lore(Not ready yet): A young mage was chosen to be a librarian for a year in a great magical academy. While not that enthusiastic at first(who needs that boring books when you can be a combat mage), he lately discovered the power of all the magic books there. A descriptions of great ancient spells, magic-filled grimoires and other things that were there unused. With this he changed his mind and studied in that library. When that year passed, Alres, armed with auto-writing spell and pack of paper, arrived to the Institute of War to show everyone the power of knowledge

Alres uses sheets as a resource, has max of 4 (+1 at lvls 7/13/18, with 7 max sheets at lvl18), and he gets 1 new sheet every 10 seconds(can be reduced by CDR)

Passive-Never Too Late To Learn If Alres dies, he reads about his killer's weak points. He takes 25% less damage from champion who killed him last, and deals +25% damage to him

Q-Auto-Casting Enchantment(cost: 1 sheet, 5 sec cd) Alres throws a sheet of paper at target point in 900 range. A spell starts self-writing while it is thrown, dealing damage in AOE around target point. Deals 40/75/110/145/180+50%AP damage in 200 AOE, damage and AOE are increased based on range, up to +50% at max range.

W-Absorbing Spell(cost: 1 sheet, recast:free, 18-14 sec cd) Places an absorbing spell on a sheet of paper and uses it to block next enemy spell, lasts 1.5 sec. If a spell is absorbed, Alres can throw a sheet with it as a linear skillshot(700 range) for next 4 seconds, applying same spell effect to enemy hit. If no spell is absorbed, Alres regains lost sheet

E-Projection Magic(cost: 1 sheet, recast: 1 sheet, 25-17 sec cd) Creates a projection of himself at target point in 700 range for 8 seconds. While projecting, his other spells are casted from projection, not Alres himself. The projection is visible to enemies but it can't be damaged. Projection is cancelled by moving or getting silenced/stunned. Recasting this ability teleports him to the projection after 1 sec delay and gives him 50/75/100/125/150+40% AP shield for 2 seconds

R-Antient Ritual Passive effect: now used sheets stay on ground for 20 sec or until Alres moves 1200 range away. They are visible to enemies if they saw Alres casting Q leaves sheet at point of explosion W-at the point where skillshot stopped/hit, or under yourself if you didn't recast it E-at the point of projection, recast E-at original position Active(free, 80/75/70 cd) Can be casted only if there are at least 6 sheets in 1000 range. After 1 sec delay, creates an explosion at target point(1000 max range), dealing 300/500/700+80% AP damage in 400 AOE
