Let's talk about the Void and why Kai'Sas design doesn't have to follow rules.
If you want to judge Kai'Sa the first step is to take a look at what the Void actually is.

So... The Void is pretty much the opposite of existence and it goes beyond human understanding. It's timeless. There probably are no clear boundariers between physical objects and a living beings mind as we know it because the Void is unreal. Void creatures are only** seemingly** intelligent and we know that all Void spawns just have the goal to consume and destroy. Some of the Void creatures can evolve in the real world, but they only do that to consume and destroy even more. I think Void entities are just Void anomalies that materialize as destructive creatures when they enter the real world.
You need to stop thinking of the Void like some kind of parallel universe with hostile aliens. The void is described as a place between dimensions, according to Kai'Sa it's not even a place but just a destructive power. It seems to be the opposite of the real world which is why it's so hard to describe it with conventional words, there is no life, no light, no laws of physics, no time, no reality.
Keeping all that in mind we can now look at Kai'Sa who apparently was able to survive exposure to the Void not just by strong will, but also by entering a symbiosis with the Void. So she pretty much defies all rules just by existing. She is using that "stuff" without getting corrupted. Based on what we know about the Void this shouldn't be possible or at least it's very hard to imagine.
Kai'Sa can look sexy because this is how she wants to look. By controling the Void she can also control how she looks or at least she could prevent herself from becoming an ugly abomination. Everything is possible if you live in symbiosis with "unreality".
if there are rules for Kai'Sa than it's:
- everything is possible
- except that you need some kind of violette, blackish colours and effects because this is important for the Void theme... but that's it.
She can be sexy and look like Scarlette Johansson, stop whining. Out of all female champions Kai'Sa has the best justification for her appearance.
You can even find the "everything is possible" again in her kit. She scales with ALL offensive stats, but only offensive stats because the Void is a destructive power.
Riot could not fail on this champion because they have the ultimate excuse for everything originating from the Void. It's actually really smart if you think about it. WP Riot.
