Witch Hunter Skinline?

I would really like to see a skinline based of the classic videogame witch-hunter look. I feel like the skinline would work well for assassins and/or adcs, but I think thresh might be able to pull it off too.

EDIT: Gangplank would also be a likely candidate (a la sword and gun gameplay)
