Tiltan: The Wind Walker

First I'd like to say there are probably some grammatical errors in here but nothing to awful. Please read and let me know what you think, I'd really like to see this guy turned into a champion.

LORE- (I won't let them use you as a weapon, I just won't! -Tiltan's father *Many thought the accent wind technique was lost, only being able to be mastered by a few, and only through rigorous training. Tiltan was only a young boy when his parents noticed his natural gifts in the ways of the wind technique. His father being a solider of Ionia knew that the elders would want to use him, train him to fight against their enemies. Tiltan's father didn't want that life for his son and hid Tiltan's powers from the Ionian elders.

Some time later- Tiltan's father was called into battle by one of the elders to fight against the Noxian's, the elder had planned an invasion hoping to be able to assassinate one of the Noxian generals (Swain) while he slept. Being a young man Tiltan begged his father to say, but being naive and young didn't understand his father had no choice but to go. The Ionian elder underestimated Swain's combat prowess and the invasion resulted in death to all who partook. Devastated by the news Tiltan swore to avenge his father and kill the elder responsible.

One day some years later the Noxian's invaded Ionia in a retaliation. Tiltan saw the perfect opportunity to strike down the elder responsible for his fathers death. He ventured to the temple where the elder stayed but noticed a man guarding him. It was Yasuo the legendary blade, Tiltan had heard of him before and knew of his power. But Tiltan had spent years training for this day and believed he would be able to match the legendary swords man. Just when he had build up the courage to oppose Yasuo, Yasuo left the temple heading towards the battle field. As Tiltan watched Yasuo flee, he approach the elder asking him if he remembered his father. It soon became clear to the elder what Tiltan was there for, and as the elder opened his mouth to try and reason with Tiltan, Tiltan slew him with his accent wind technique.

Feeling satisfied with his deed, he knew Yasuo would take the fall for the murder, and proceeded to the battle field to help fight off the Noxian invaders.*

Abilities PASSIVE: Howling Winds *Each basic attack or ability that hits an opponent applies a stack of Howling Winds to Tiltan, when three stacks are gained one of his abilities gets an advanced technique. Additionally if an enemy champion is killed by one of Tiltan's ability's he is granted Menacing Poise which Increases his attack speed by 10% his movement speed by 10% and his armor penetration by 30%. Menacing Poise lasts 4 seconds. *

Q: Violent Winds *Tiltan swings his blade in a horizontal line. Striking all enemies in front of him Dealing 70+(100% of physical damage). ** If used while Howling Winds is active, Violent Winds will knock back all enemies stuck by it a short distance. *** (1- 70/100%) (2- 70/110%) (3- 80/115%) (4- 80/125%) (5- 90/130%)

W: Daunting Winds Tiltan rakes his blade through the ground towards and enemy Dealing 120+(50% of physical damage). If used while Howling Winds is active, Daunting Winds will knock up all enemies struck by it. (1- 120/50%) (2- 120/55%) (3- 120/60%) (4- 120/65%) (5- 120/65%)

E: Raging Winds Tiltan Dashes to target location gaining a shield of 120+(100% of ability power) and leaving a train of torn wind behind him.* If used while Howling Winds is active, Raging winds will push the first enemy champion stuck in the direction he dashed from.*** (1- 120/100) (2- 140/100) (3-- 160/100) (4- 180/100) (5- 200/100)

R: Accent Wind Technique Tiltan channels wind onto his blade for .5 seconds and is automatically granted Menacing Poise after channeling. Tiltan may then re-activate Accent Wind Technique to discharge the wind channeled onto his blade dealing 250+(2% of enemy champion's missing health)* If used while Howling Winds is active, Accent Wind Technique may strike more then one enemy champion, dealing 20% reduced damage to champions stuck after the first.*** (1- 250/2%) (2- 300/2%) (3- 350/3%)

Alternate ult Idea

R: **Accent Wind technique ** Tiltan is granted Menacing Poise upon activation. During this time three vortex's rotate around him and which point he may reactivate this ability to force all three to converge to a single target location dealing 200(+60% of AD). If used while Howling Winds is active all enemy champions hit by this ability have their attack speed and movement speed reduced by 80% over 2 seconds (1- 200/60) (2- 250/60) (3- 300/65)

Starting Stats (No resource) HP: 400+(75) **HP Regen: **5+(1) AD: 52+(3.1) Armor: 20+(2.5) Magic Resistance: 30+(0) Movement Speed: 340 Range: (Melee/175)

Taunts ect. They didn't show my Father mercy, why would I show it to you. I'm the real wind walker. Some people are just born with it. Ladies say... it's hard to breath around me. Do I make you proud father!?

**Special taunts to Yasuo ** Still running I see. Maybe next time, you wont leave your post! You really think you can catch me? Come now Yasuo, you can't be that foolish. I have real technique.

**Special taunts to Riven ** Another born natural I see. Come now Riven, join me. Betrayed, Just like me.

**Special taunts to Janna/Ireila/ ** Jenna, I know I take your breath away. Living out your fathers Honor? That's something I admire.

After Thought I have no artistic skill whatsoever so, if anyone would be interested in drawing what this character would look like that would be awesome. Any tweaks to the idea are also welcome. If he sounds a bit to Op or a bit under powered I'm open to suggestion.
