Riot please implement an in-game replay system or something so that you guys can go back and look at whats going on in these games. That's the only real way you guys are going to get toxicity and intentional feeding out of the game. I just played a game where I had a Teemo on my team (PissedFurby) who fed top lane. That's fine whatever no one said anything to him, until I started to suspect he was doing it on purpose. To which I asked him are you intent feeding? His response was, "If I was would answering that question stop me?". Team ignored him and proceeded to attempt to win the game. After about an hour of playing this Teemo hadn't grouped one time and did nothing to help the team. After being asked over and over and over to help us he refused and when we stated that we would report him his response was. "I haven't broken the summoners code, Riot wont do anything." Then after the game he admits to intent feeding in the post game chat. My team was dominating that game and all we needed was for him to help us just once to win. and he refused. He flamed and ignored everything we asked of him. He wasn't even split pushing effectively he sat and farmed the jungle. The enemy team could completely ignore him because he was doing nothing.

Normally I would just take the loss and its whatever. But this attitude and this kind of thing is happening more and more often because people don't fear any punishment. Please, implement an in game replay system. (I also use lolrecorder but for some reason this game isnt in there or I would like it)
