New champion? PBE update 5.21

A champion select quote for a new "Illaoi" champion has been added in today's PBE update. Unfortunately, here is only a single Portuguese sound clip available and no other files. Just like Ekko a champion select quote was found among the files the quote is in Poutaguiess and roughly translates to this, "I'm not a fan of lectures broken bones teach better" it is in a woman's voice and im sure within the next 3~5 patches we will see this champion or poppy rework as some may say. you can check the quote out here ( http://www.surrenderat20.net/2015/10/1021-pbe-update.html ).
