Can you make my champion idea?

Got am idea while playing skyrim and maybe some1 could make it into a concept.

Nothing special but it would be really nice if some good guy could make a concept about it.

So my idea is like a short story:

"As i was wandering mountain roads and was visiting old towns i head a legend about never ending rain in the ruins of castle Heldargal. I was curious but town's folk warned my by these words: -Dark night once came -That darkness is not to tame -There is reaper in the rain -Your hopes and dreams are to vain I was not frighten be them so i checked that legend for my self. May gods have mercy on my soul because town's people were right. There were ruins of the castle and the rain lasted there day and night seemingly forever. Once in a while there were lightning strikes and in a flash of lights i swear i saw a pale women with a scythe. Even now after all those years i am still afraid of the rain."
