Obscure Flesh |Cost: 1200 gold| |Effect: increase range of your Hit and Run jump by 110| |Effect: reduce bonus movement speed of your Hit and Run by 10%, but now instead of jumping at your enemy and back you will teleport to your enemy and back almost instantly|

Creeping Blood |Cost: 1200 gold| |Effect: increase range by 25% of your Scream of Doom| |Effect: your Scream of Doom will cause 100 (+45% AP) bonus magic damage to enemy champions|

Story

Pan'Doom is failed experiment when scientist tried to fuse flesh of dead demon and flesh of dead voidborn inside of living animal. Original intention was to create super military beast to fight for their masters, but experiment yielded something different.

Voidborn used for experiment was of fighters tribe a little bit similar to Khazix. Demon used for experiment was demon of illusions, madness and isolation. Animals used for this experiment were top fighting dogs.

Flesh was bonded in different ways in different dogs. Some of them died, some of them transformed into monsters, but one of them became something more. It attacked other experimental creatures devouring and getting stronger, smarter and more sinister.

Pan'Doom got so smart, that he managed to escape the lab and devoured everyone in his way. Eating people gave him all their memories and that is how he learned about league of legends. He felt the need to devour strongest champions there is and traveled to institute of war.

On his way he met a demon priest. Fearsome mage and warrior. Demon priest recognized demonic blood in Pan'Doom, so they started to fight. But in the end Pan'Doom eaten remon priest and gained even more demonic powers to the point where he could temporally summon gates to demon realm.

Now he infiltrated league of legends on a quest to devour strongest champions there is.

Hey! ^_^ Here are my thoughts on your concept!

Sinister Core: My issue with this is that it's very similar to old Viktor's passive and had the same problem as it. During the late game Viktor was weaker than most AP Midlaners because he could only build 5 items as opposed to 6. The item just didn't scale as well as other times did. Also the only upgrade Viktor ever bought was for his E, people will simply use the best one and forget about the rest. Also some of the effects are really strong I mean 100% lifesteal?

E: Why not just regular stealth? Turning into a minion only helps during the lane phase otherwise it's pretty useless in the jungle and in teamfights.

R: Pretty strong ult. Might be OP with the right champions?

I'm just curious but what's your aim with this champion? Like how do you imagine he would lane/teamfight?

More of the lines of wondering, I fee like the ult might be pretty OP but at the same time I'm not sure. Does it have a delay like Veigars ult? Can oher champions use abilities on the caged enemies?Because it's honestly Jarvan's ult v2.

The E should change you into an allied champ and the ult is pretty op. I think the story should be something like heimerdinger or some other scientist tried to create him. It'd be cool to tie his story in with others. All in all a pretty awesome champ with a unique move set.

I see that people are talking about the E and R being interesting, but I would wonder about the W.

  • W: At max rank and with 40% CDR, you're looking at a six second cooldown timer. With 2.4 seconds of being unseen form the enemies hit by the cone as well as a six second knockback on top of decent damage and healing, if I were playing thins champ I would just be spamming the crap out of this. Not sure it would be very fun to play against though.

  • E: Again, at max rank and with 40% CDR, you would literally always be a minion. Coupling that with the W, you can do some pretty intense shenanigans, especially with your...

  • R: May need some numbers tuning, and as said before it is like J4 ult 2.0. Only thing that would worry me is the infinite minion thing, guy starts to walk by and than BAM, suddenly he's being ulted and killed. Without Complete vision control of the map (think lower elo) this might not be the best to play against


I by no means think that what you have going here is bad, but I do think that it needs some tuning and balancing.

(Also, the art is very cool)
