Zhu Bajie....the side kick to wu kong in a journey of the west, the womanizing pig man. If wu is in the game why not him too? I can imagine the taunts or jokes this guy would make so far i only have his passive.

Hm well this isnt much to work with but ill try. Hello! As for his passive, his current ability i feel it could improve. The concept is good, i like the irelia idea of getting closer to have buffs. But other than the idea, it doesnt work for his class as "tank". If you want him to be off-tank hybrid or fighter then its a good one, but for a tank its useless.
As for the other abilities, again it depends. If he wants to be a tank then i feel he should be like amumu. Having a way to get in then lock them down. Maybe some kinda mud slide? I dont know thats your department.
If hes a fighter more, then he should have less cc but more damage, of course.
But this is all just me talking! hope it helped. This has potential if you play your cards right.
