Kell, the Sneak Thief
Kell is Solo top laner/jungler who excels at gold generation and strategic game play. Kell has the look of a typical rougue-ish character, wearing leathers, a bandit mask, and carrying a dagger in one hand with a sack in the other. Skin concepts would include: Bank Heist Kell (dollar sign on bag, dagger more modern looking, black suit), Dungeon Crawler Kell (Armor, helmet, magic staff on back, general DnD look, and voice over options like "I bequeath solo exp!", "Did he drop any good loot?", and on death, "Nooo, now I gotta reroll my stats/character!"), and Painter Kell (white smock covered in paint, bag in now paint can, dagger is paint brush).
Passive: I'll take that! Whenever a unit that Kell has dealt damage to dies, it has a chance of dropping loot. Kell can pick up the loot, which exchanges for gold when Kell returns to base. Kell drops some or all of the loot on death. Large jungle monsters/epic monsters and enemy champions always drop loot, but have a chance at dropping a treasure. Treasures take up inventory slots and must be sold manually at base, and do not drop upon death.
Q: Backstab Kell lunges forward quickly, dealing physical damage to a single target. Automatically gets loot if it kills the target. Does more damage if the target is not facing Kell.
W: Find Vitals Kell targets an enemy unit, revealing its weaknesses and causing Kell's next Backstab to crit against the target, slow it, and reveal it (bleeding). During the duration of Find Vitals, the target had reduced armor and magic resistance.
E: Dummy! Kell leaps up into the air towards a chosen direction, leaving behind a target dummy that taunts nearby enemies. (This can be used an an excellent escape, but also for offence, as Kell can jump behind the target, and get bonus damage from Backstab since the target would be facing the dummy)
Ultimate: Knock-out Gas Passive- Grants a large amount of movement speed to Kell when moving towards enemy champions affected by Find Vitals. Kell throws a grenade, dealing AoE magic damage to an area. Lasts 3/4/5 seconds. Targets inside the area are slowed, take additional damage over time based on their max health, and receive stacks every .5 seconds. At 3 stacks the targets are stunned for 1 second.
Kell's unique skill set brings a balance of defensive and offensive capabilities to the top lane as well as the jungle. Kell would generally recieve more loot while soloing in a lane, but gets more chances of treasure from large jungle monsters.
