General Wukong's silver staff is brown during ultimate!
In game General Wukong's staff is silver but during his ultimate it turns brown as he spins?

Didnt you know? Wu uses his other staff during the ult.

It has to do with the pricing of the skin. The silver staff on normal Wukong is a model change (as is his nifty new armor), but the skin has no new sounds, animations, and particularly no new particles. If you use his Q, the staff is still silver because the animation just moves the silver model like it was the original one. If you use the R, though, his staff remains silver, but the particles that make it look like it's whirling around into a wheel are the same brown as always. It's clearer on a skin like Sanguine Garen, where the red sword appears amid the yellow swirl on his spin; the model changes, which is what you paid for, but the particles are the same.
