How many champions are there that can legitimately be in every role? is one that I know, and I guess in a weird way? And I mean... In such a way that putting them in that role is viable and playing the champion roughly as intended.

This is something unusual for you? Literally anytime I see someone play teemo, I put him as my pick intent, and the whole team follows along. We don't usually have summoner spell sync though.
