Would League of Legends become a better game if there was no Leveling system in game

Yep, you read the title correct

Would LoL become a better game if the leveling system in game was removed and all champions had a set base stat on all their skills and abilities while also remaining the same for the entire game.Ex:Cool down, damage, etc. Such as for example an Irelia having her Q deal a set amount of damage and remain on a certain cool down besides it scaling with level. But items of course still effecting the damage over all through their stats as well.

Note:That abilities that scale like Nasus Q would be having a set limit to how much they stack.

I have thought of the good and bad things of what might come from this concept and ill be going through them.As every idea has an advantage and a disadvantage.

Pros:

  • It would balance the late game as there would be no more late scaling champs.

It would give early game champs a chance to thrive more in late and sometimes mid game. * It would balance the game overall as it would give everyone a chance in all stages of the game. *

It would stop constant nerfs and buffs to one champs kit.Ex:Too much damage early or too much hard late scaling.

There would be no behind or ahead meaning more balanced play towards all

Cons: *It would cause abilities that have strong early damage to do a lot of damage considering the stats of champs now(Unless they change it accordingly in the future).

*Minions would only give gold(Not really sure if it is a good thing or a bad thing).

*ADC would be really squishy early(Unless they change it in future patches)

Overall this is just my personal opinions here, RIOT is not obliged to follow this if they do not want to.

What do you guys think, comment your own thoughts about this concept and tell me if this could work or if im just wrong.

I don't understand why you would want to make such a change. It doesn't add anything to the game to make it more interesting and instead makes it blander by removing early game (I assume that champions start with all abilities considering they can't gain XP) and shortening the average game time.

Edit: I could see such a system working on a mobile moba like Vainglory, which has less champions and short match times though.

So you'd reduce the game to just item dependency and personal skill... You know this would fuck up so many champions, right? And I'm not talking about supports actually, those would be the best they've ever been, but ADCs would suck SO badly. They're so heavily item dependant that if everyone's got the level scaling out of the way, they've got no chance of surviving anything. The level is there to make sure people can farm in a 'safe' environment. If you just allowed everyone full power from start without items, any squishy ADC would just be killed by a burst-mage.
