Anyone else getting a Borderlands vibe from the new Odyssey skins?

I am still not completely sure about it but I feel like the odyssey skins resemble borderlands and its characters.

Jinx - Gaige the Mechomancer Malphite - Salvador the Gunzerker Yasuo - Zer0 the Assassin Sona - Maya the Siren

Even the worlds in the trailer kinda resemble Pandora in a way. Of course, they are not the same exactly but if you have played borderlands you would see the resemblance

Even the way the trailer strikes a similarity to Pandora with them with guns and weapons fighting monsters.

Anyone else agrees with me?

It feels super Borderlandsy. I just want to know the lore for Kayn's legendary skin, can't find that shit anywhere

it's just generic "post/semi-apocalyptic" themed.. borderlands, guardians of the galaxy, the fifth element, etc.. its the 'Used already outdated future space technology" theme..
