Choice Band:

  • 15 AD
  • 10% Movement Speed

Unique Passive: Boosts the damage of a skill by 50% but it adds 3 second cooldown to all other skill if the skill is not already in cooldown

Choice Spec:

  • 40 AP
  • 10 % Movement Speed

Unique Passive: Boosts the damage of a skill by 50% but it adds 5 second cooldown to all other skill if the skill is not already in cooldown.

Life Orb:

You have to choose the damage between + 60 AD or + 90 AP

Unique Passive: By paying 10% of maximum hp every time a player uses auto attack or a damaging skill, their damage output is increased by 30% (it is activated whether the user likes it or not) Only activated against enemy champions only.

Those items are ridiculously broken. 2.5 CD / 4 Second CD is like nothing in exchange for that huge damage boost. The last item just doesn't make sense. It's a hybrid item specifically for tank akalis?

Life Orb would be crazy on champions like Veigar because he gets 90%, nearly double damage, and only pays 27% of his health.
