No, please. If they make a blatantly Chinese-Dragon skin, I want it to be legitimate. (Perhaps made of ink or some-such, but no weird paper and die mock-ups. I've seen it in Smite and it looks horrible.)
I was thinking you could change him to Santa, his stars could be either reindeer or presents, and his Q can be a giant present
They sort of have that with Kog'maw 
already so not sure if they would do it, but it would be cool nonetheless.
