I've seen some pretty awesome champion concepts posted on here and obviously some are not viable due to copy right laws, etc. but has Riot ever used anyone's unique champion concepts to create a new champion? If so could you tell/show me some examples.

No, Riot never used a Champion Concept directly. They only took some inspiration, like 2011 a Reaper with a giant Scythe, who collects souls and empowers his stats and abilities with it.

The Neverworld1 votesNah. I'm from Europe. I used to post Champion Concepts since last year march on the EUW forums. I got mainly toxic or none feedback at all, thus created an NA account in order to post in NA forum. Then the new forum system came and I had to level up to 5. And then they raised again to level 6 because you can't anymore post when you're level 5. Heck, you even need to be level 7 in order to post in General Discussion..
