LoL should add a Compendium/Battle Pass similar to Dota2's for Worlds

If you guys don't know the DotA2 community comes together and pools money in for its finals. Basically you put in $10 for this item and it gives you team stats, permanent skins, allows you to vote on a new uber skin for a hero(champ), etc. In my 2 years since leaving DotA2 and joining Leauge I always see myself purchasing this for DotA2 just to support the game and still feel connected to it in a way. In League I don't feel that connection of having actually supported the best players in the world. Now I'm not saying League has to do it the exact way Valve does but how about give us something similar? Maybe a random skin from the winning team, a ward skin and icon and allow the community to contribute to the World's Finals pot of money. I just don't feel as connected to League's finals as I do to DOTA2's even though I haven't played that game in two years.

Currently Dota2's Prize Pool is at $18,429,613. Only $1,600,000 is from Valve and the rest is from the community supporting the game and its best players.
