A cool ability, maybe not a cool Champion

So I was thinking the other day, I know, amazing thing, thinking. Anyway, I thought that a cool ability for a champ to have would be something like a targeted silence. It would be an ability, obviously an ult, that would, instead of preventing use of all abilities for a short time, deactivated one random ability for a full minute. This is the outline I thought of: Name: (Something mischievous, whimsical and sharp) Let's call him Jimothy for now Title: The Sovereign Thief Faction: Bilgewater Damage Type: AD Class: Fighter Abilities: Passive; Pickpocket: Everytime Jimothy hits an enemy with a basic attack, the enemies Abilities' effectiveness is decreased by 5%, stacking up to 3x. The effect disappears after 5 seconds out of combat or 15 seconds into combat. Q ; Alarm Prevention: A skill shot which slows the first enemy hit by 50%, giving Bonus speed equivalent to that stolen to Jimothy for the duration of the ability. Low CD W ; Set It Up: Since Jimothy's a thief, he should have some sort of sneak, right? So he would go invisible for 5 seconds, but, like twitch, he loses the invis if he attacks. High CD E ; No Witnesses: Something akin to a Yorick Q: Empowered basic attack that has Lifesteal. Low CD R ; Grand Heist: A point and click which deactivates one random enemy ability for a minute and a half. The only way to end the effect is to let the timer run out, kill Jimothy, or die. If he kills you while it's active, though, your respawn time is lengthened. I understand that this is really rough and isn't very good, but I just thought that Jimothy was a cool idea and I wanted him written down somewhere. As far as lore goes, he's just basically the leader of the thief faction of bilgewater, not to be confused with the Pirates and the dock gangs, but a competent organization that focuses on quality... and making a lot of money. A better way to word it would be he disables the last ability used, or maybe just greatly increases the CD on it, but its still not the best designed ability fun wise

So many things wrong with this: Randomness is never fun especially with such a big impact Very case specific as some abilities are more important to the kit than others Only mildly fun for you, but incredibly unfun and unfair for the enemy
