Why is Veigar's Leprechaun skin not a limited edition skin? His only nice skin is Final Boss

Final boss looks really good (cant afford it atm) but other skins need VU or atleast Ability updates (effects)

Veigar is a really old champ who needs a VU,so most of his skins are kinda outclassed by todays standards.

Though I have to say that leprechaun veigar is surprisingly good for its price class,considering that it costs only 520 and comes with some minor particle changes(something that is usually only used for 975 or higher skins)

very true, i hope he gets either a really good new skin (new everything) or updated VU to compensate (Obviously not before yorick and some others)

Well yorick is in the need of a really big VU,so I think its not impossible for Veigar to get a VU before him,since Riot tends to do smaller VUs between the big ones.

Poppy Urgot & Yorick are as far as i know in the category of champs who need a really big overhaul,similar to the one for Sion Taric & Evelynn also need rather big VUs(and probably some Gameplay updates as well).

There will be most likely some smaller VUs,like the upcoming one for Miss fortune.(Not sure if GPs update would be considered to be smaller than the one for Eve&Taric or if its in the same category).

Can i buy it from the shop right now in oce ? no. does it count as a skin to me then? no same with the baron von veigar and curling veigar.

It comes back every winter. And since you're waiting right now anyways (because you demand a skin with particles or are saving for Final Boss), you might as well get Bad Santa later.
