Why is Veigar's Leprechaun skin not a limited edition skin? His only nice skin is Final Boss
Final boss looks really good (cant afford it atm) but other skins need VU or atleast Ability updates (effects)

Veigar is a really old champ who needs a VU,so most of his skins are kinda outclassed by todays standards.
Though I have to say that leprechaun veigar is surprisingly good for its price class,considering that it costs only 520 and comes with some minor particle changes(something that is usually only used for 975 or higher skins)
When you realized Gentleman Gnar has more animations than Gentleman Chogath:
Me: Ok fine, Ill pay 1820 Rp just to have a different voiceover
