Zilean Ideas

While Zilean is one of my favourite champions conceptually and in terms of playstyle, even after the tweaked Zilean I still thought that he could use a little bit 'more' of 'something' to sort of make him unique. I'm sure some of these ideas have been thought of at some point.

My mindset here was something along the lines of Zilean having more of a thing about being able to situationally use any of his abilities on enemy champions/units/etc..or edge a little bit more into giving his stunning abilities a tiny bit more of a window of effect.

Now, these may be overpowered..these may be underpowered, or they may be just annoying little quirks or gimmicks that Zilean could offer. The point is.. he needs more to do/think about. This isn't about saying 'all of these need to be impemented at once'. I'd be happy with one or two really. If someone is a Chronomancer concept, they had better have a hard effect on the battlefield.

---Passive Ideas--- -Change Heightened Learning back to a global. If Zilean is going to have a passive that is overlooked as it is in the race to get to level 2, it should be a global phenomenon and gimmick.

Or..

-Change it to something else if globals are out of the question. Maybe even a much larger radius, semi-global that can catch a middle laner in that increase in experience gain. Letting your mid (and jungle) slowly outlevel their enemies (if even for just the level 2 or 3 hit)

---Time Bomb Ideas--- -Make the 'pickup' radius of the time bomb a little bigger. This would naturally make landing the bombs a little easier. Maybe not so noticeable, but.. whatever little helps. Not to say it's not fairly easy to land with a little practice, it's just..yeah.

And/Or..

-Make the stun also apply in a seperate instance which includes any enemy struck by the spell's radius two times within a period of 1.0 or 1.5 seconds (regardless if they are on the ground or attached to anything else). This will mean that those stupid/unlucky enough to let two bombs explode on them will also be stunned for the duration, including two grounded bombs in a close proximity of one another or two seperate enemies/allies. I feel this would give a little more opportunity to get some earned stuns with conscious timing and bomb positioning.

---Rewind Ideas--- -Make Rewind able to target allies, lowering the cooldowns of all or specified spells/types of spells of their spells by x/x/x/x/x seconds. Maybe make a debuff or timer that prevents complete spamming on the same target somehow.

And/or..

-Make Rewind able to target enemies, increasing the cooldowns of all or specified spells/types of spells) of their spells by x/x/x/x/x seconds, the maximum being the actual cooldown. Maybe make a debuff or timer that prevents complete spamming on the same target somehow.

---Chronoshift Ideas--- -Make a choice to also have Chronoshift be placed on an enemy, where if the enemy is slain during the period the 'time rune' is on them (5 seconds as it stands), they have x/x/x added seconds to their death timer than the current normal level. Of course this may not be the best idea early levels... later in the game when your Chronoshift is pretty much on half a minute of a cooldown? There's a little more room for choice. Plus, adding time on the timer is really really important mid-late game anyway. Isn't it?

So what do some think?

-Overpowered? -Underpowered? -Useful? -Has Potential?

Now that's Zilean's Q's CD is being reduced (should've been before they even released him), my biggest concern is that awkward moment after you stun someone.

You blow literally your entire rotation EQWQ. Your enemy is left with far more than half health, and you can do absolutely nothing to him after that combo. You literally just stand there or walk away at normal movement speed.

I want that moment gone.
