RP gifting Concept

I would like to suggest making it so that players may gift other players RP after it has already been bought. My wife and I ran into a problem where I bought her a skin from my account and have leftover RP. She saw the Poolparty Leona skin is on sale and wanted that one also. Her account RP + my account RP = enough to purchase the skin but there is no way to pass my RP over. In my opinion, I have purchased RP with real money and should be allowed to give it to whoever I want, at any time I want.
