Shyvana super broken now
Shyvana is broken, super broken. She can go from 0/0/0 jungle, come out and 1v3 anyone (except a good vayne) and then run away and solo baron.... All I ask.. Is why? Why RIOT? whyyyyy![zombie-brand-facepalm]

I'm not sure what to say about this post.
I'll just call it a shitpost and be done with it.
I don't know what kind of boosted game you just played, but I played her today for the 1st time since her changes and she felt the exact same as before in the jungle. Sure I did great in that game, but I don't feel she's broken or deserves a ban slot. She still has all of the same weaknesses (no CC outside of a small knockback on her ult making ganks extremely difficult unless your laner has a ton of it) and strengths (good jungle clear times because of her AOE). Damage output felt the same as before, the only difference is how fast I could take dragon because of her passive's buff to deal more damage to dragons.
