Clint - The Piltover Sixshooter Primary Role – Marksman Secondary Role – Assassin

Passive - Quickdraw Active Q - One In The Chamber Active W - Dust Tagging Active E - Hammer The Hammer Active R - Overkill

Passive: Quickdraw Clint replaces his resource with Bullets. He can only have a maximum of 6 Bullets at a time. While Clint has 6 Bullets, his first shot against an enemy will surprise the target and stun them for 0.75 seconds as well as dealing either the higher value between 10 (+1.25 Attack Damage) physical damage or 8% of the target’s current health. This can only occur while his Bullets are full and only once every 8 seconds. If Clint runs out of Bullets, he runs out of ammo and cannot use basic attacks.

Active Q: One In The Chamber When activated, Clint will reload one round into his revolver and gain +1 bullet to his resource. He can do this while moving or basic attacking, but not while casting spells. Every time he reloads a bullet he then gains a bonus 5 (+0.10/0.15/0.20/0.25/0.30 bonus Attack Damage) attack damage that stacks up to 3 times. This lasts up to 4 seconds of not reloading. Clint has to take his first ability point into One In The Chamber.

Active W: Dust Tagging Clint throws down three smoke bombs in a line that covers 500/550/600/650/700 units wide for 4 seconds. Enemies cannot see what is beyond the smoke line whatsoever. If enemies try to enter through the smoke line, they reduce their overall vision to 200 units and have allied vision removed, as well as being slowed by 16/19/22/25/28%. Enemies struck by the initial smoke burst take 40/80/120/160/200 (+0.45 bonus Attack Damage) physical damage, and all enemies facing towards the blast impact zone are blinded for 0.75 seconds.

Hammer the Hammer Clint rolls a short distance in one direction, reloading his revolver as he rolls. Upon coming out of the roll he then gains the maximum 3 stacks from One In The Chamber. Additionally, his first shot within 2 seconds will expend 3 of his Bullets to fire 3 shots simultaneously that deal 35%/40%/45%/50%/55% (+0.05 Attack damage) damage of their normal value per shot.

Overkill Clint shoots his target to deal 100/140/180 (+0.40 Attack Damage) physical damage to the target. Additionally, he expends all his remaining Bullets to deal 10/15/20 (+0.15 Attack Damage) additional physical damage per bullet to the initial burst. Clint can fire this without any ammo in his revolver.

Really quick champion design, hope you enjoyed. If you want to give feedback or want this champion developed a little more, feel free to comment below!

"If Clint runs out of Bullets, he runs out of ammo and cannot use basic attacks." You've made your own champion useless in game as he can't really farm, and even if he tries to, he now cannot harass or sufficiently defend himself. While his other abilities could provide minimal defense, any smart player will be able to burn a summoner spell or two and catch up with you with ease. His kit also sounds too much like Vayne with a borrowed Graves W. What you could do though is keep the basic concept of having bullets as a resource, but make his spells each cost a number of bullets. Perhaps make it so quickdraw causes him to reload his bullets at certain intervals, say, 1 bullet every 15/13/11/9 seconds at levels 1/6/11/16 respectively. This would force him to ration his abilities during the laning phase,, but make him more flexible and consistently useful into the lategame as his reload times shorten. It would require some tweaking of his abilities obviously, but that would be a pretty solid basis to work off of.

Yeah okay fair enough. I was thinking that players would be more forced to mash Q to keep him from running dry of ammo, but at the same time give them bonuses the more they mask the reload. If you know what I mean? Im not even sure I know what I mean. But I see your point. Was only a quick concept so there was bound to be bugs I suppose haha. Thanks Regret Exegersi
