Can Red Card Katarina be re-released?

The reason I'm asking this is because I recently joined this game around two to three weeks ago...and I've decided I like the game enough to spend some money on it. There's only one skin I want like heck right now, and that's Red Card Katarina.

I know about this skin because I regularly check the LoL Wiki, and since I've gotten Katarina, I checked out her skins and only Red Card Katarina stood out to me. However it's Limited, and I don't like any of the available Katarina skins...

All I'm asking is if Katarina can be re-released (at least for some time) anytime soon? Or can someone tell me when she might be re-released? I never got the chance to buy her...
