"Champion Mastery" Chromas Please?

It's not that I think Smite or HoTS is better or anything, it's just that they're doing that part right. I mean, I for one have no argument against the normal skins; I have many of them. But none of them actually show your skill for the champ, and how far does a banner go? You don't even have to obtain them by the normal mastery level, you could add a quest for something. Like a Rengar chroma for the "The Hunt is On" quest completion. You don't even have to make a new splash. I mean, it's like Riot Girl Tristana. Just chuck some paint over their heads and add a couple words to their name. It's not that hard right? Plz rito
