After looking at the website files i came across a hidden page. tell me your thoughts below
edit: New champ (maybe) could be related to Yasuo the number on his trace and the lost trace are the exact same.

of course they always have chance to bring him back 
They already announced that there wouldn't be any new champions in the near future because the next 2 patches are balance patches for world's. So unless Riot is announcing a skin for a champion that is coming out in 5.19, its not Yone. In fact its probably either Jax or Yi.
Go to http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/site/skins-project/DrCyanide.php and you get the same error messages.

How did you get those? Also as much as I would love for Riot to add more lore to the game I don't think Yone, is going to be added to league's roster, ever. Yone died, in Yasuo's arms no less, and was buried, by Yasuo. Not saying Riot couldn't pull it off, explaining how Yone was found, dug up, resurrected, and then made strong enough to fight on par with Yasuo, the man who killed him faster than he could react. Like I said, unlikely, though it would be nice.
Is for new Skins.... Project Zed and Project Fiora. Teaser is because they haven't said officially who is yet.
Also Yone is Yasuo's old name.... so is to be expected some of the files kept the old name as coders were lazy.
