Ending ranked Hour early?

Trying to get that final push to gold v after a busy week. Riot announces that ranked will go down at 1:30 pst (4:30 est) yet its down an hour early. How does this affect me? I was two games off Gold V. If I managed to get a win, and within an hour, i would be able to start the final game to determine whether i was gold v or not. But instead riot decided to push up the time restricting me and maybe others from the last two games. Kinda pisses me off a lot. Yea sure I could've done ranked earlier this year. But under what i thought, i would've had a chance to get to gold v just in time. SO once again thanks riot glad you could wait an hour :)
