As we all know this is the league of thunderlord's. Could there be a change on the PBE that restricts the procing of thunderlord's to abilities only. I would like the still see thunderlord's as a mastery, but it has to little risk for too much reward.
HolyCrapItsMe2 votesThat wont fix it, it will only make the champs who actually need it have it worse. it needs to have its damage nerfed.

^ This ^ Either change it to a flat damage scaling per level or reduce the scale of AD. As of right now there are plenty of champs who take TL who shouldn't have it.
is one of the bigger offenders being able to proc it simply by using her Make it Rain ability.
HolyCrapItsMe1 votesMorgana too, you build her tanky and just pool the living shit out of them.
EndlessSorcerer1 votesThey are buffing the other keystone masteries and I think they are nerfing the Precision mastery (hybrid pen).
LaoBushido1 votesthe AA was add (imo) for mages who are out of reasourses mainly mana, as mages may run out a lot more with mana pot being no longer in the game, i like riot's responce of buffing ever other mastery up to par
The Deckowner1 votesnot every champion can proc thunderlord without auto attacks, for example xin zhao, teemo.
Vesarixx1 votesWould be better if they would just buff some of the other ones, wouldn't be taken on everyone if the other options were just as good but might have more synergy.
EcchiOtakuTM1 votesThey are.
EcchiOtakuTM1 votesFirst, Thunderlord isn't op, it's just that every keystone except undying/supp keystones are underpowered which is getting fixed soon. Be patient :/
Itadaki Seieki1 votesI think a bigger issue is how the proc works.
Seeing as Bard can Q + Empowered Auto = Thunderlord's with two hits technically isn't fair to a lot of other champions.
