[Skin Concept] Cosmic Weaver Taliyah!

My favorite and latest skin concept. I decided to add shadows, and I think it adds a lot so I'll do that from now on. Taliyah needs a new skin, and I thought Cosmic Reaver could totally work with her. Then I remember she was called The Stone Weaver, thus Cosmic Weaver Taliyah was born!
