[GAMEPLAY] Sona's W heal targets off-of-Skaarl Kled at full health instead of other teammates.

When Kled is off of Skaarl and his health is low but full and isn't able to heal any further, he's automatically targeted for heals instead of other teammates that have a higher health percentage than him. The heals don't heal him at all since he's at his max. Not quite sure if this counts as a bug since it's functioning as intended, heal the lowest health ally, but I think this specific interaction is a bug. Very annoying in ARAM when when I want to heal a half health teammate but it's auto-wasted on him.
