Does the circle indicator on Lucian's Q need to be adjusted?

The circle indicator around you shows how close you need to be, but it looks and feels like you need to be a little closer to actually cast it. It's always bugged me, should it be shrunk a little?

That is because Abilities cast from the center of the characters model, while AA's are from the edge of the characters model. As a result, Abilities are typically 15 - 50 units shorter then indicated. It's the same as why Annie's Q is the same range as her AA's, despite the range being listed as longer.
