Quinn idea
Hey guys. I like to play Quinn from time to time and I know they’re already working on her but Id like to give out some ideas anyway. So here it goes. Ow and sorry for the grammar mistakes. English is not my first language.
Adjusted passive
When an enemy champion, large monster or minion is knocked up, you can release a burst of arrows dealing extra damage. In addition. When killing a substantial amount of minions you gain attack bonuses. 100 minions 5 arm pen 150 minions extra damage 200 minions 5 arm pen 250 minions extra damage
Q ability
As Quinn: Valor comes down and charges to the ground knocking everyting up. It has a small delay on it.
As Valor: same but less delay, because shes already there.
W ability
As Quinn: Valor comes flying in and grabs Quinn and places her somewhere within a small radius. Or if thats to much…valor comes flying in and flaps her wings and releases a burst wind of so that enemies are slowed and allied champions gain a speed boost depending on the direction of the wind.
As Valor: When an enemy is knockup valor can grab that enemy and takes it with her for a second…or to make it fit with the other alternative version of the ability: Releases a burst of wind knocking the enemies back and dealing damage.
E ability
As Quinn: Shoots a large arrow and pierces through multiple enemies in line and reduces armor. The first target it hits is slowed the most. Targets it hits next are slowed by a third or half of the amount. Can also be used when enemy is knocked up
As Valor: Valor dashes through monsters and champions ignoring unit collision and dealing damage. Reduces arm and magic defense. Maybe also the slow im not sure.
R ability
Valor flys a circle around Quinn knocking everyone back so Quinn can safely retreat from the battle field and Valor can take her place. When the ult is ended Valor slams to the ground knocking everyone up while Quinn releases a hail of arrows instantly activating the passive to everyone who is in the air. Since the most damage is in the passive, which Valor can not use, maybe give Valor some extra tank stats and ofcourse the speedboost. No need for additional attack speed.
**Gameplay. ** When playing Quinn you want to farm early game to get your passive bonuses. And ofcourse annoy your lane opponent as much as possible. The basic combo is to hit your E to slow your enemy so you can land your Q easier. If you got can land your q without having to use your E, then you can also use it when the enemy is knocked up, so that you can shoot the enemy twice.
When Quinn is in a riscy situtation you want to use your ult and let Valor do the work for you in. When you're Valor you can safely dash out by using your E. When in team fights, you want to dash through them if you can somehow do that safely and then either knock em up and blow them back or grab one of the enemies and drag it with you.
In my mind she still can be used as a bot adc…but i made her more for the top lane. She now can initiate a team fight. And most of her damage is in her passive, so she can be build a bit more tanky without losing a lot of the damage. Quinn is for the damage and Valor is for the utility, but now Valor can be more of use. I also hated it when I turned into Valor and tried to escape, I really couldnt moslty because of the cc and Valor losing her speed when in battle so that the enemies were still able to catch up with me.
Scalings and the numbers are for the balancing team. Maybe give valor some ap scaling.
