While I not believing in the "leak" that showed up on reddit a few days ago until proven true. The idea of PROJECT: Quinn has always been an interesting one. I like the idea that for the ult at least, Valor transforms into a Jetpack and attaches to Quinn.

Yeah you are right, Quinn can get a project but RITO has to do something with Valor because Valor is not human.

I hope the leak is real but truth be said, a legendary for Quinn? It's kind of hard to believe they would really invest so much time and money on giving her a legendary because Quinn is very underplayed, unpopular and never played in esports. From a financial perspective, it is a risky move by the corporate company to have a legendary skin made for her because the risk of not being sold enough means a financial loss.
Ashe is very popular, played a lot and very actively chosen in esports and her sale was a success.
I hope I AM WRONG and I hope she gets the legendary, but i'm just saying, seeing Legendary skin for her, made me scratch my head.
But anyways, I am upvoting your thread because I want to see a legendary skin for her, she deserves it!
