Queue times

Estimated time is 2:29. It finds a match at 1:40, but gives me my second pick. Can it not do this? I'd rather wait the extra minute to get my first pick.

What I think is a good idea would be some way to choose how long you would be comfortable waiting in queue to get your first pick.
