Sparing Punishment [System Concept]

I would really like if there were a possibility for people (who didn't AFK themselves) to spare an AFK punishment in the post-game screen. Like, if the guy makes an excuse in the chat, the other people should be able to spare him his warning. Obviously, this option would only be available for people who never AFKed themselves, since if not there could just be groups of 4 where the remaining ones would spare the AFKing ones the warning. What do you think about the idea?

honestly i don't see this working out except in 5man premades. If it was in anything but 5man premades you would either end up with assholes not voting yes even if you had real issues to fuck you over if it requires the rest of your team to all vote yes, or if it took less than 4 people saying yes, having 3 man premades or 4 man premades absuing the system to force their team to fight at a disadvantage just to troll.

Should only work in 5v5 games that are duo-queue games. And only if the winning team had an AFK player. The AFK player could then be excused from the 'no points lost' if the entire team (or all people who choose to vote) select 'excuse player'. That way someone who was gone for whatever reason but came back to possibly carry the team or help them win it after could be given the LP and non-punishment if the team feels like it is deserved. Wouldn't work whatsoever in Flex I'm guessing
