Skin Idea for Azir

So I was thinking about all these urf based skins and whatnot and I thought to myself, "what about ?" I didn't have to think to hard about this. He is an emperor and a bird...and I think it would be amazing if we had an Emperor Penguin Azir skin (or just Penguin Azir if that name is too long). I'm not an artist so I can only imagine what it would look like, but Riot, be a pal huh? So fellow summoners let me know what you think, lets get some awareness and hope Riot might do at least something for him. Last note: I hope this is in the right place...
