Taric: The Good The Bad and The Fabulous

Alright so many people think that Taric is weak and useless. Even as a support people underestimate Taric. So I play Taric as support usually but as a top laner he is fairly strong as well. Many people think playing him ad/tank is best but ap/tank is best.

The Good: his passive is a spellblade(% of bonus armor) that lowers cd (on all abilities) by 2 seconds. his stun is great for harrasing and denying farm and is a good lifesaver as well his heal gives him sustain(heals for % bonus health and % ap) his w gives him bonus armor and when activated deals magic damage(% of bonus armor) and reduces armor (% of bonus armor)

The Bad: his attack speed is way too low to be an effective fighter or farming champion early game is very slow and difficult for him(which is why most times he is played support) due to his ability to blow his rotation multiple times in quick succession he is hungry for mana

The Fabulous: His ult has normal amount of cd BUT his passive lowers it by a lot, he can ult twice in one team fight easily his ult is very support based making him great in teamfights his tankiness can make him very difficult to kill

So for example a typical build for me as support is a ruby sightstone mercury's treads and iceborn gauntlet. Usually by the time I'm done building that the game is close to over. But keep going tank and get cdr.

We all just got too cocky. I was very difficult to kill and could easily fight them 1v1. In team fights I did quite well too.

I cannot take full credit for this mainly because I was playing support. Teemo was my lane partner, but I was taking the kills, on accident mind you.

This thread was mostly brought on by the fact that most people don't see Taric as a viable champion when in fact he is quite fabulous. Well that's all I have for now. Let me know what you think.
