I had a though to mildly change Nasus' E, it currently has an ability in it that reduces armor, but i have never found that to be much of a difference, and i know others don't use it for that either, they just use it for an extra little bit of damage. My thought was that he gets a small boost of movement speed while in the circle, instead of the armor reduction, since it doesn't really seem to change much. i feel it would help Nasus to be more viable. Your thoughts?

nasus e simply costs too much mana to be used a lot in lane. Nasus is weak early and likes to play passive, only using his e when commiting to a fight or to farm/push a wave. Nasus is held back BECAUSE you can kite him, and giving his kit ways to stick on people might make him too strong. The armor shred and damage as is feels fine, giving him that extra oomph in fights that he needs.
